Teriyaki Marinade

Makes 1/2 Cup

1/4 C Maple Syrup
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 TBS Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
2 cloves, Garlic, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients. Combine chicken and marinade in a sealable plastic bag or container. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no longer than 24.

1 tsp Vegetable Oil

Remove chicken from marinade. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 8 to 10 minutes.
