Chicken Parmesan

Mix together:
1 C crushes saltine crackers
2/3 C grated parmesan cheese
1/4 C dried chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tsp. salt

Melt 1/2 C butter or margarine and roll chicken pieces(breasts, legs, thighs and wings--boneless can also be used and cooking time reduced)
Coat chicken pieces in the above mixture, making sure each piece is thoroughly coated
Place chicken pieces, skin side up, not touching in shallow pan
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until tender

This recipe can be used on a 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken, cut up; 3 pounds of chicken parts, or about 50 chicken "drummies." This is good hot or cold--great for picnics.
