German Pancakes

6 TBS Butter
6 Eggs
1 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 C Milk
3/4 tsp. Salt

Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl with wire whisk
Beat in remaining ingredients just until mixed

Heat oven to 400, melt butter in 9x13 pan
Brush margarine on sides of pan

Pour mixture into pan
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and deep golden brown
Top with fruit and powdered sugar
Serve immediately

Makes 8-12
