Chili's Fajitas

Serves 2-4

1/4 C Lime Juice
2 TBS Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 lb Chicken or Steak

2 TBS Water
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black Pepper

1 TBS Olive Oil
1 large Onion
1/2 med Red Bell Pepper
1/2 med Green Bell Pepper

Combine first set of ingredients and add meat; marinate for at least 2 hours
Combine remaining ingredients for vegetables
Cook onions and peppers, pour remainining marinade over cooked vegetables
Grill meat

Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and fresh salsa
