Blueberry Muffins

1 C Milk
1/4 C Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
2 C Flour
1/3 C Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C fresh or canned drained Blueberries

Heat oven to 400
Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin tin

Streusel Topping:
2 TBS Butter
1/4 C Flour
2 TBS packed Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Cut margarine into other ingredients
Beat oil, milk, vanilla and eggs
Stir in dry ingredients until batter is moist
Add 1 tsp. of topping on top of each muffin
Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes
Serve warm
