Sugar Cookies

2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
8 oz. Sour Cream
2 cubes Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
6-8 C Flour

Cream sugar, eggs, sour cream and butter
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Bake 10 minutes @ 350

I can't take any credit for this. This was ALL Patrice. She made it for us the night of the big "Candy Making Party", and it was a HUGE success. I've never thought that I liked feta cheese. It's probably because I have been scared to eat much of it. I'll even admit that as I watched Patrice put this dip together I was thinking to myself, "That is a lot of feta!" S'mores Ice Cream 2 cups heavy cream 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Whip heavy cream in large bowl with an electric or stand mixer until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, butter, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix well.
