Barbecue Spare Ribs

3-4 lbs Country Style Ribs
1 Lemon
1 Onion
1 C Ketchup
1/3 C Worstershire Sauce
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 dashes Tobasco
2 C Water

Cut lemon and onion and place on top of ribs in large pan
Cook 30 minutes @ 450

Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil
Turn off

Pour sauce over partially cooked ribs and cook again until tender, 45 minutes to an hour
Serve over cooked rice
