1-12 oz. package Chocolate Chips
1 lb. Dipping Chocolate or 2-8 oz. Hershey Bars
2 cubes Butter
4 C Sugar
1 can Evaporated Milk
2 1/2 c Mini Marshmallows
1 C Nuts
1 1/2 C frozen Mini Marshmallows
2 TBS Vanilla

Break up chocolate and butter in bowl
Put milk, sugar, 2 1/2 C marshmallos together in big pan; stir and boil for 7 minutes
Remove from heat and pour over chocolate and butter; stir until loses shine
Add frozen marshmallows and vanilla
Pour in 15x10 or thick 13x9 pan
Refrigerate

I can't take any credit for this. This was ALL Patrice. She made it for us the night of the big "Candy Making Party", and it was a HUGE success. I've never thought that I liked feta cheese. It's probably because I have been scared to eat much of it. I'll even admit that as I watched Patrice put this dip together I was thinking to myself, "That is a lot of feta!" After just one taste, I wondered WHY I hadn't eated more feta cheese before this! Seriously, this dip is that good. olive oil 1 block (1#) of feta cheese tomatoes (any kind)…I use about 3 Roma’s 1 bunch of green onions 1 baguette Greek Seasoning 1. I just saw this recipe on eighteen25 and can't wait to try it! S'mores Ice Cream 2 cups heavy cream 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Whip heavy cream in large bowl with an electric or stand mixer until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, butter, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, then gently fold in whipped cream.Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
