Smores Ice Cream

I just saw this recipe on eighteen25 and can't wait to try it!

S'mores Ice Cream
2 cups heavy cream
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Whip heavy cream in large bowl with an electric or stand mixer until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, butter, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, then gently fold in whipped cream.Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.

I can't take any credit for this. This was ALL Patrice. She made it for us the night of the big "Candy Making Party", and it was a HUGE success. I've never thought that I liked feta cheese. It's probably because I have been scared to eat much of it. I'll even admit that as I watched Patrice put this dip together I was thinking to myself, "That is a lot of feta!" After just one taste, I wondered WHY I hadn't eated more feta cheese before this! Here is another great recipe from one of my favorite recipe blogs. If you haven't checked out "Our Best Bites", you really should. They have lots of great recipes. Billie Jo just bought their cookbook and made an AMAZING birthday dinner for Tim. I can't wait until she posts the recipes.(hint hint) Okay, I guess because she is having a baby tomorrow I will give her a little time. I also attatched their recipe for cilantro/lime dressing because it is SO good to dip these in! I had decided to make these for our Relief Society dinner, but decided it would be a good idea to test them out on the family first. Fresh Fruit Bruschetta

Ready for a trip back to Bear Lake? I am. But since I can't take another week off of work for vacation, I will just have to go there in my mind. These little babies will help. Patrice got an early start on breakfast one morning, just to make this for us. They were so good! I could've eaten them all day long.
