Green Pepper Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts
1-2 green or red peppers
garlic buds

Marinade:
1 T. corn starch
1 T. soy sauce
1 egg

Seasoning:
2 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. vinegar
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. oil
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate. Fry and drain on a paper towel.
Saute the peppers and garlic until tender. Add chicken and pour seasoning over.
