Ham Sauce

1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 c. catsup
2 T. vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
2/3 c. butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 t. basil
1/4 t. each; tarragon, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram
1 t. salt
3 T. br sugar
1/4 t. pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon

Boil the raisins until soft. Grind onion, garlic, and raisins until very fine. Combine all ingredients, stir often, and boil for 45 minutes.
