Artichoke dip

14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 oz. can green chilies
1 c. mayo
1 c. parmesean cheese
1 c. sour cream

Bake 350 for 15-20 min.

I can't take any credit for this. This was ALL Patrice. She made it for us the night of the big "Candy Making Party", and it was a HUGE success. I've never thought that I liked feta cheese. It's probably because I have been scared to eat much of it. I'll even admit that as I watched Patrice put this dip together I was thinking to myself, "That is a lot of feta!" After just one taste, I wondered WHY I hadn't eated more feta cheese before this! S'mores Ice Cream 2 cups heavy cream 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Whip heavy cream in large bowl with an electric or stand mixer until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, butter, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix well.
