Swiss Streak

6 cubed steaks, or 2 pounds
¼ cup flour
1 Tbsp. Paprika
¼ tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp. Cooking oil
½ package onion soup mix
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 Med. Onion Sliced
*3-4 tbsp cornstarch
*¼ cup water

Mix flour, Paprika, and pepper in a shallow pan. Dredge meat in flour mixture and brown in hot pan with oil. Add meat and remaining ingredients to crock-pot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Mix cold water and cornstarch together. Add to crock-pot during last ½ hour of cooking
