Flan (without a pressure cooker)
3 eggs + 2 egg whites
1 can Eaglebrand sweetened condensed milk
1 can (use Eaglebrand can after emptying) regular milk
1 tsp vanilla
*sugar for carmelization
1. Carmelize sugar in the bottom of a round cake pan, set aside to cool
2. Combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla and place in cooled round pan
3. Cover with tinfoil and bake in a bath of water (place round pan inside large baking dish of water) for 1 hour at 350 degrees
4. Let cool in the refrigerator, then flip onto plate or serving dish
