Rosemary Bread

Here is the recipe for the Rosemary bread I brought to Christmas Eve dinner. You can easily do this in your breadmaker, but I just made the dough and baked it on my pizza stone in large round loafs. This is the best dipped in olive oil and basalmic vinegar! Yum...pretty close to Macaronni Grill's bread.

1 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) until brown on top.
