Spinach Salad

1 bunch spinach
1 head lettuce
1 red onion
Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. grated swiss cheese
1/2 lb. bacon cooked, crumbled

Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. grated onion
3/4 t. poppy seeds
1/2 t. mustard

Shake dressing, pour over cold salad before serving.

I can't take any credit for this. This was ALL Patrice. She made it for us the night of the big "Candy Making Party", and it was a HUGE success. I've never thought that I liked feta cheese. It's probably because I have been scared to eat much of it. I'll even admit that as I watched Patrice put this dip together I was thinking to myself, "That is a lot of feta!" After just one taste, I wondered WHY I hadn't eated more feta cheese before this! I just saw this recipe on eighteen25 and can't wait to try it! S'mores Ice Cream 2 cups heavy cream 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Whip heavy cream in large bowl with an electric or stand mixer until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, butter, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, then gently fold in whipped cream.Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
